The only reason I’m giving the a 3 star instead of 2 if because the owner is so kind and helpful. He really is an amazing person. I deeply regret giving an honest review for this place. I had high hopes. So here we go-

I can’t say good things of the service. We waited over 10min for our waters to come out…. Which would have been fine if the place was slammed with one server. No. We were the only table at the time.

The food was ok. Pasta was average quality. Pizza was good but nothing like the photos online or in the menu. The Parmesan cheese was the wood pulp stuff from the green can, I expected better. Lasagna: literally looked like a plate of barf. And it didn’t taste good enough to be worth the disappointing looks(this was extra disappointing since we went for my brother in laws birthday and that’s what he really wanted).

The atmosphere needs updated and it’s right next to the market/malećon, sort of smelled like pee(yes, I recognize they can’t control that). Kids were running around behind us and setting off firecrackers the whole time.

We’ve been going to PV for 24 years and love it. We were craving pizza tonight so we decided to check out Pinnochio’s after reading reviews. We walked up and had two employees look at us and look away with no acknowledgment that we were there. And they weren’t busy. There was only one couple at a table when we arrived. We stood there for a minute, grabbed our own menus and seated ourselves. The waitress walked by, smiled and never said a word, and then went back to the kitchen. We sat for a few more minutes and no one came out. Honestly, the worst service we have ever witnessed in PV. Pesimo servicio, soy una persona amable me gusta ser educada llegue al lugar pedi una mesa y no escucho la volvi a pedir torcio la boca uno de los encargados... respeto mucho al genero lesbico-gay mas no se si le cayo mal q se la pidiera de nuevo... me tardo en dar la carta al igual q el otro encargado del negocio veo q en un momento se juntan adentro hablaron algo y nos tuvieron esperando varios minutos en tomar orden...nada mas porque ya no habia opcion para cenar con los niños q querian pizza y ya era tarde ya habian cerrado otros lugares,pido mi pizzas para consumir ahi me la dan quemada y le cortaron un pedazo :( eso no se hace con los clientes,le dije. Disculpa esa pizza esta incompleta y me dice ay es q se quemo un poco,casi una rebanada menos ;( si hice mal en no regresarla y largarme del lugar pero de verdad q vi la cara de mis niños emocionados por su pizza y q ya tenian hambre y tuve q aguantarme:/ posteriormente pido la cuenta uno platicando prefirió platicar y dijo q se la pidieramos al otro encargado... finalmente despues de varios desaires,parecia q les estaba pidiendo regalada las pizzas y bebidas,quiero pagar con tarjeta y pues q no q no aceptan de ninguna dijeron.... y en su pagina de fbk menciona q a partir del 7de julio aceptan tarjetas debito y credito¿¿??¿¿¿o sea.... no se que les cayo mal en verdad.. pero lo q es cierto q estos lugares se deben a sus clientes q mal q no tengan esa visión...ya no hice corajes pague una pizza incompleta y aparte quemada y pues el trato,la actitud de ambos mucho q desear...de ni haber ido con mis hijos y evitar situaciones incomodas me haya ido de ahi sin consumir dejandoles su producto de mala calidad.. sin contar q los baños de mal aspecto y el jabon rebajado aunque eso es lo de menos. . no le quieren perder a nada por eso mi pizza toda incompleta, para colmo costo elelevado por el tamaño del producto q ofrecen,definitivamente creo hay mejores lugares para comer a buen precio y no...
