The food was ok. It was a tad bit dry and cold for my liking but that wasn't my problem, it was the service. The ladies who were working were a tad rude and unprofessional, this is my first time eating here and we were treated as if us asking questions about the menu was a problem. Other than the basic eye roll that I can deal with, my family and I didn't receive utensils while eating like the other customers and she dropped the food containers on our table as if she had an attitude. Not acceptable! Maybe they should hire people that are more amable (kind) and like to work...

I had a delightful surprise today at Pollo Feliz, a gem I stumbled upon while wandering the neighborhood. Initially, I wasn’t in the mood for chicken, but I’m thrilled I decided to give this place a shot. To my delight, Pollo Feliz offers more than just chicken.

I opted for their arrachera, prepared medium-well on the carbon grill, and it exceeded all expectations. The dish arrived with a generous side of beans, tortillas, salsa, chips and a portion of guacamole—enough to satisfy any appetite. The meat flavors were flavorful.

So impressed was I that I took half a chicken to go, ensuring I’d have a tasty dinner for the next couple of days. Pollo Feliz is a must-visit for anyone seeking a flavorful and satisfying meal. Give it a try.

Hoy tuve una grata sorpresa en Pollo Feliz mientras paseaba por el vecindario. Al principio, no tenía ganas de comer pollo, pero estoy encantado de haber decidido probar este lugar. Pollo Feliz ofrece mucho más que solo pollo.

Opté por su arrachera, preparada término medio en la parrilla de carbón, y superó todas las expectativas. El platillo llegó con una generosa porción de frijoles, tortillas, salsa, totopos y una porción de guacamole—suficiente para satisfacer cualquier apetito. Los sabores de la carne eran excepcionales.
