I had never had pulque before and didn't know what to expect. The man who greeted us gave us a full tasting and showed us some videos of how it was made. Tried pulque for my first time in CDMX earlier in the year so I was thrilled when I found this little pulque spot in Zona Romantica. It's a small spot that's popular with locals.
