Its my 2nd time coming to this Starbucks the customer service is excellent every time I am a picky person like having a mocha with 1/2 strength coffee with coconut milk, I don't have usually croissants n being French really picky when it comes to croissants specifically when I don't have them often they need to be flacky n soft inside I had 2 in my other I don't usually like them warmed up as the crisp diminished my 1st one was great but the 2nd was cold witch also diminish the crispness I went to the counter n Rahul was more then happy to satisfy my needs he did offer to give me another one or warm it up but I was scared but he said he wouldn't put it long he brought it to my table and wanted to wait n see if it was ok he went behond his duties n I find an employee that wants his customers to be satisfied is a real bonus these days! I do hope that STARBUCKS appreciate staff like Rahul. I have had a lot of mocha's throughout the world but I find the ones in Puerto Vallarta in the Penninsula Plaza exceptional not to mention very clean inside and out! Thank you...
