5/10 - will only return out of necessity and a hope the next experience is better. I really wanted to like this place. I had read a wonderful review on a digital nomad lifestyle blog who rated this coffeeshop as the best in town for a balance of drink, food, and Wifi. Service: Nothing outstanding and nothing too lacking. Overall it was a pretty standard Mexican service of having to request attention for your needs. My drink was correct, but my specific request for sweetener was wrong. The team was friendly in helping with the Wifi situation described below. Drink: a strong and hot Americano. A well done drink and one of the most balanced Americanos I've had in Mexico - flavor and temp. It can sometimes be difficult to find hot coffee. I most often encounter tepid coffee. Food: I did not eat. WiFi: Speeds 31/21. Strong, but a headache to log into. The shop did not have a posting with network or login information. When asking the staff how to log in I was shared how to access only one of two networks titled with the shop's name. Then two potential passwords before I was provided a third potential password. Then... discovering the password was provided misspelled. Then... to discover there was another network that we should have been using. So - I spent 15min and the time of three servers trying to log into the correct network with the correct password. Unfortunately, this experience soured my overall mood and likely this review. Power: outlets indoor along the walls. I hope to write you several more coffeeshop reviews. And I hope for less sour and more cheerful reviews in Merida. Please subscribe to my Merida, MX Google Maps list for additional recommendations and suggestions. I will be here two weeks and would love to share with you my experiences.

I enjoyed the chai espresso, good flavor and size. Speedy wifi, plugs at some seats. Unfortunately the power at the seat near the front door was not working the day I went or I would have stayed longer. Music not as loud as other places (good!) although for conference calls where you need to talk often it might be best to use the patio seats. From around 1300~1730 on a Wednesday there were plenty of seats, including outside. Great place for people watching.

Great coffee!! Great food!! Awesome service. Very reasonable prices. I have attached their menu as well. My friend and I came to this coffee shop and were pleasantly surprised by the staff and their creative presentation of their coffees, desserts, and meal options. We are definitely making this our spot on Paseo de Montejo. It’s located right across the street from the Colon ice cream shop and next door to La trattoria, Italian restaurant.

Loved it. Went there to work and for a meeting, very nice place in Paseo Montejo. Lovely view, great internet, tasty breakfast and Chai. Had poached eggs with chaya, a salted caramel frappuccino, a chai latte and a panini. Would recommend everything. Fantastic service and great ambiance. Outside seating area is perfect for social distancing. The place is very cute and cozy.

Such a great place for breakfast! The dishes are original, but with a classic touch. Service is great and variety of coffee and soft drinks is very good. The chocolate pancakes are THE BEST we've ever had. We also ordered Marago mix, elefante sandwich, hummus and chilaquiles. Everything was great. It's a must to visit while in Merida if you want to have a great breakfast.

This is the best coffee shop. Not only do they make phenomenal coffee drinks, but their food and service are incredible. They have an extensive menu with a dozen ways you can have your coffee made (pour over, French press, etc.). The atmosphere and location add even more prestige to the place. It's definitely the best coffee shop I've been too.
