Unprofessional service with mediocre food. Finding a healthy option in Mexico City is surprisingly difficult, and after seeing glowing reviews on Google Maps, I decided to visit this health food shop in the Anzures neighborhood. Right off the bat, the concept felt a bit off—it was more of a bar than a traditional sit-down restaurant. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to order first or if there was table service. The service was confusing and not inviting from the start. It took a while to be handed a menu or even be acknowledged. After looking at the menu, I settled on the Asian bowl. Getting someone to take my order was another struggle. When a staff member finally started preparing my bowl, he asked me questions about which dressing I wanted but was greatly distracted by his colleagues, completely losing focus on me, which I found plain rude and unprofessional. The staff were loud and seemed more interested in fooling around than creating a professional environment. I was handed my bowl, and right away, the chicken didn’t look great. After taking a bite, it wasn’t tasty at all, so I decided to leave it aside. The other ingredients in the bowl were decent, but with the chicken being off, I didn’t enjoy the salad as I had imagined. The bowl did come with a drink of the day (tuna fruit drink) and only cost $130 pesos, which isn’t bad compared to other options. However, the unprofessional staff and disappointing chicken made it a letdown. It’s a shame because the place has a lot of potential but fails to deliver due to the overall experience.

Absolutely delicious. Great portions, great prices, stunning flavor and high quality, precious freshness. Aesthetic. Staff’s lovely. Owner’s warm and charming. Served instantly. Healthy. Wonderful variety of options. Clean. Flexible. My girl felt in heaven: after days of eating in CDMX as a foreigner, this place felt to her like if God finally listened to her pledges about her stomach. Truly a life saver. So much so that we came back the very next day! Thanks guys!

I would not call it healthy … it is just a deli .. sandwiches and smoothies but not healthy hehe … We got in the morning.. we were looking for light breakfast … The administrative person that was there was rude .. very elitist, she was rude and charge as soon as she noticed we were tourists .. But the chefs and staff were friendly and nice. Food is very decent but do not expect a healthy menu.. once again it is overpriced sandwiches...
