My husband and I stopped there because he was getting hangry. It seemed like they had just opened and as a result they were a little slow. I ordered the green chilaquiles with chicken and Oaxaca cheese. They were lacking in spice, but that was fixed with a side salsa picante. They were delicious! My husband ordered the omelette and requested that they substitute the ham with chorizo, which they agreed to for a fee. He was disappointed when his arrived. It had a block of manchego cheese. Vegan options! I was so pleasantly surprised to find out that there were vegan options in the airport that wasn’t fruit, granola or salad.
