A Beefy Adventure! 🤣🍔
🍔 Let’s start with the basics - Primitivo’s burgers were good, but they didn’t make me break into a spontaneous happy dance. The La Bacon #burger stole the show though, with its sizzling bacon-y goodness! However, the meat was a tad dry, like a desert without a drop of water. 🌵 And the fries? Well, let’s just say they were as soft as a pillow in a marshmallow factory!
🍟 The service was on point, and the beer and wine selections saved the day. They knew how to keep me happy and buzzin’ like a bee! 🐝 The atmosphere was surprisingly awesome, considering it’s nestled in the basement of #TorreReforma, showcasing the building’s impressive seismic-resistant structure. I couldn’t help but marvel at it while munching on my burger.
💪 Fun fact alert: The house on top of the #skyscraper (yes, there’s a #AppleStore up there!) was lifted and moved during construction. Talk about high-rise acrobatics! 🏢🚀
In summary: #PrimitivoBurger by #CocinaAbierta serves up decent burgers, but they could use a little extra juiciness. The friendly service, fantastic beverage options, and mind-boggling architecture make it a quirky spot for a chow-down adventure!

Read moreAn overpriced food hall with slow service and a mediocre selection. Located beneath Torre Reforma, this food hall offers a variety of options, including salads, Mexican, Japanese, and more. However, it operates more like a restaurant, with servers taking your order rather than a traditional self-service food hall.
The space is modern and offers plenty of seating, but the atmosphere is distinctly corporate, catering primarily to white-collar workers in the Reforma CBD. It’s not a place I’d recommend for tourists or casual diners just looking for a quick bite. The menu was given via a QR code which in this case makes sense since there are a variety of restaurants.
I ordered a salad priced at over $200 pesos, which felt steep. The salad took a while to arrive, and while the presentation was excellent and was a solid option, it didn’t feel worth the price. By the end of my meal, I had spent close to $320 pesos (excluding tip) for a salad and a sparkling water, which seemed excessive.
Service was average, neither exceptional nor memorable, mirroring the overall experience. This food hall is clearly designed for office workers in the area, not for those seeking good value or a memorable...
Read moreI thought this place might be too trendy to be any good but were we surprised. All our food was great on taste and freshness. Our server (Amy, Alejandra...can't remember) gave us the best service we've ever had at any restaurant. She knew her items on the menu and took great pride and care in her service. Even though we arrived about 25 minutes until closing time, she and the chefs gave us stellar service. The tuna was the best tuna I've ever had, really! The sushi was great too! This place combines multiple restaurants from multiple chefs into a great combination. The chocolate cake of "a thousand crepes" is one of the best things I've eaten in my life.....This place was a culinary experience I'll...
