Terraza Santino Reforma — Restaurant in Mexico City

MUST TRY!! The service was amazing. As soon as you walk in all staff greets you and asks if anything is needed and assists with serving food and drinks. Everyone was so knowledgeable in their menu. I absolutely loved this place and recommend everyone try this place out. It has a lovely terrace with a great view of BBVA building and atmosphere is great. All staff was so friendly and always checking in on us not once did we feel forgotten.

The food was amazing. We had the pepperoni pizza which is baked in an oven using only firewood. The pizza was baked to perfection where it is was not greasy at all. Everything was amazing even the baked potato was not at all what I expected. The food was not heavy at all for a late night dinner.

It was suggested that we try out a dessert on their menu: corn bread with an egg nog cream. Unfortunately we were too full but will be back to try this item on their menu.

Sat on the patio, beautiful ambience, nice atmosphere. The food was good. The only big complaint was the music was so loud that our table on the patio could not barely have a conversation without yelling. Our older mother, whose birthday it was, had to put earplugs in. We asked for them to turn the music down three times. Either it kept turning up or some songs were super loud either way it really took away from the evening. It was quieter inside. But because of this problem we would not return. Our female waitress was fantastic not sure why this was not...

I was very surprised by how bad the food was and how poor the service was. We had overcooked octopus, undercooked risotto, followed by a half-raw fish of the day. They took the fish to reheat it, left the rest of the plate to get cold, then brought us back an overcooked piece of fish 30 minutes later to accompany the cold vegetables.
