The sushi was really good. I ate the totori and the astro boy both were delicious, I totally recommend this place. About the place is really nice and it's a new and cool concept, it's call cocina abierta or open kitchen, basically you go underground to a type of food court/market, they give you a digital menu from where you can get food from multiple restaurant, there is Italian, Japanese, Mexican, etc. There is also a place that has exotic drinks and spirits. I think this is a really cool and interesting concept.

Great ambience and concept. You go underground, and you will have a variety of cuisines! Mexican, Japanese, Italian, etc.. you will have the menu online and you can pick whatever you want from any place you would like to try! They serve everything for you haha. I love the restrooms, so much privacy and modern concept. Perfect for lunch or dinner ✅

Excelente lugar! Bonita Experiencia! 😉 Provecho! 🍥🍥🍜🍜🍜🍥🍥🍸🍸🥰

The concierge of the Marquis Reforma directed us to the Open Kitchen and we ate here twice. Perfect format for English speaking business travellers with varied tastes since you can order from various menus.
