I found it!!! After months of looking for a decent chicken shop, I finally found one and it’s amazing. To start, the service was incredibly attentive and thanks to the woman serving me I felt very welcomed. As food the quality of the food - it was pretty good - some of the best in CDMX fast food. As someone who moved from the South, fried chicken is a big part of our culture so I can say with certainty that these are some of the best tenders I’ve had in CDMX. Is there room for improvement? Yes - Flavor wise. Marinating the chicken in buttermilk or ranch would greatly improve the texture and flavor of the chicken, + adding dried herbs like thyme and a little bit of sage to the dry mix would greatly improve the flavor of the breading while completing the chicken. Super mega delicioso. I don't know anyone there , I passed a few times and finally decided to buy something. I bought the 6 tiras con papas and OMFG. Ricisimmmmo de otro nivel , la verdad . Era la primera vez que íbamos y el personal nos explicó todas las opciones del menú, incluso le pedimos que nos tomara una foto y muy amables lo hicieron; ordenamos y tardaron alrededor de 30 minutos en entregarnos nuestra comida, nuestra orden fue un sandwich de pollo estilo búfalo y una orden de tres tiras bañadas en salsa gochujang y bbq, si les gusta lo picoso, la salsa gochujang es muy buena. Las papas que acompañan los platillos son muy ricas también, aunque el que estén fritas en la misma base que el pollo puede sentirse un poco saturado.
