El Pecado de Noe — Restaurant in Mexico City

Service was super slow. There were 5 tables occupied and 1 table got all the attention from the only 2 waiters that night. Took forever to take our drink order then we told the waiter we were ready to order and took them 20 mins to come back and take our order. I could see the other tables were also frustrated bc they were also not getting any service meanwhile the 1 table kept getting all the attention. The we finally order, took forever to get our food. Then as I bite into my rice..there was a piece of glass. The waiter apologized but didnt offer anything in replacement. Then afer asking for our bill multiple times...we realized they were still charging me for my whole meal w no discount despite the fact that I had a piece of glass in my food. My friend asked the waiter if they were going to discount anything since I couldn't eat the rest of my food bc there was glass in it. He discounted the sides only. I must say this restaurant had friendly waiters but ther service was aweful and to find a piece of glass in my food and still have to pay for my meal...not the best customer service. Not only was I disappointed w the food, I was disappointed w the service. I definitely will not return here. Only reason Im giving it a 2 stars is bc the place was clean, the wait staff although very slow, they were friendly and what I did eat...

First time visiting the city, looking to explore the amazing cuisine the city has to offer. On our way to the original destination rain started pouring down and we were forced to stop at the first available restaurant, couldn't have had better luck stopping g at this place. The service was amazing, the food was even better. I dont think the original spot would have come close I thank the rain for the opportunity to find this hidden gem! 5 stars 100 percent would recommend it to anyone...

La comida esta buena. La pizzas están muy ricas y sus combinaciones de ingredientes son un poco más creativas que el resto. El chorizo con vino es mi platillo favorito para compartir y picar, lo recomiendo mucho! Es un bonito restaurante de la Roma, que tiene buen diseño y ambientación, la locación esta muy bien porque esta cerca de la Fuente de la Cibeles. Cuenta con valet parking, que es caro y lento como todos los valets de la zona. Mi opinión hubiera sido mejor si no hubiera sido por esto:

1. El mesero que nos toco (no se el nombre porque nunca tuvo la intensión de presentarse). Simplemente se olvido de nosotros después de tomar la orden, teníamos que buscarlo para pedirle mas cervezas en parece regalar mi dinero a quien no me atiende. Veniamos con actitud, pero nos apagamos por el servicio.
2. Caos de ambientación! Dejaron que una banda norteña estuviera cantando, mientas estaba el Karaoke. Que por cierto, no nos enteramos que había Karaoke porque al mesero no le importábamos, hasta que empezó supimos que había! Y nunca nos dijo el mesero la dinámica.

No se si volvería a ir, porque hay muchos restaurantes en esa zona que pueden ofrecer lo mismo. Si voy, no sería un viernes en la noche después de las 10 pm. Porque por eso nos dejaron en una mesa frente al bar con...
