La terminal — Restaurant in Mexico City

This place is great! We had an absolutely delicious lunch menu here, and while it cost just a tad more than the cheapest of restaurants out there, it is still very affordable and has been worth every little bit. First, you get to choose between three different soups, and both that we tried were really good. Then you get to choose between rice, spaghetti, and salad, as is common here in CDMX. For the main course, you have a big selection of different dishes and sides, and the fajitas with chilaquiles we choose tasted amazing. Also, everything the other guests had looked delicious. Finally, you get to choose a small dessert. Oh, and drinks are included as well, and they're even happy to refill! Also, the portions were big, so even though we both are big eaters, we were definitely full after (in a good way). When we are in the area, we will most definitely return - this is one of our favourite places here...

Excellent alternative for someone looking for a more economic option in Centro Coyoacan, the food is prepared the same day so no leftover or weird taste. The staff is super friendly and truly make you feel at home with their willingness to stuff you with food. Plenty of options to choose from, YOU WILL NOT LEAVE HUNGRY.

Plus Side: Large portions, home made food with low cost. Downside: Small establishment..tends to have a line within 30 mins of opening "lots of loyal customers" and certain options start to run out as of 4pm.

Solía ir a este lugar hace años cuando la calidad de sus alimentos y el servicio eran impecables… antes las personas que estaban directamente a cargo de la gestión de este lugar eran extremadamente atentas, cuidando cada detalle de tu experiencia y tus alimentos, haciéndote sentir como en casa comiendo un platillo con sazón de la abuela y saliendo siempre satisfecha.

Hoy puedo decir que esos tiempos terminaron… es un menú caro para comida corrida, pésima calidad y pésimo servicio.

Ejemplos; pedimos una ensalada y el mesero nunca llevó ni ofreció los complementos como aceite de oliva o vinagre balsámico para tu ensalada (antes te los llevaban a tu mesa), no estuvo atento a limpiar la mesa para llevarse los platos sucios y tampoco ofrecerte agua cuando esta se haya terminado, el espagueti estaba frío y duro, me dio la impresión que revolvieron un espagueti del día anterior con uno fresco sin siquiera cuidar la calidad de la presentación, la “crema” y el “queso” eran terribles, entiendo el concepto de querer ahorrar en sus insumos pero NO poniendo la calidad de los alimentos de por medio, antes las porciones eran bastas y la presentación de sus alimentos era mejor.

Es lamentable que lo que se ofrecía hace años y contribuía a hacer este lugar algo especial ya...
