Zero stars. I came in around 8:30am and the waitress was immediately rude and condescending. I figured it was early so I tried not to think anything of it. She brought our coffees and pastries, and one of them was wrong. She took 20 minutes to then bring the right one. Again, maybe it’s just early, no big deal. An hour goes by and my main entree had still not arrived. My waitress is nowhere to be seen, so I ask another nearby waiter if he can check on what’s going on with my food. He says don’t worry, it will be right out. No apologies for taking over an hour. Then another half hour goes by. I find my waitress and I ask her for an update. She says what order? you never ordered anything else. I was floored. I had ordered an entire breakfast plate and even asked her several questions about what came in it. I told her that was absolutely not true. She kept fighting me. I found the other waiter who’d told me my food was coming, and he said he couldn’t possibly know about my food because he wasn’t my waiter. WHAT?! then why had he told me it was coming?! When I pressed him on that he shrugged it off and left while the main waitress continued to say I hadn’t ordered anything. The crazy thing is I totally would’ve understood if she’d said sorry! I can understand things happen, but the restaurant wasn’t even busy. Her gaslighting and horrible attitude was what made it insane. And I speak native Spanish, by the way, so she can’t claim that i wasn’t clear. I had gone to this le pain location just 2 days before and received incredible service—I don’t know what it is about the Monday crowd but I have never been treated so poorly at an restaurant in my entire life. And not one person in there apologized even though there were many waiters around. They stood in a corner whispering and giggling while I confronted the waitress about her poor service. Absolutely...

Unfortunately I can't give a good rating. For almost two months I have been coming to this bakery and buying croissants, bread and baguettes. In two months they tried to deceive me 4 times. the scheme is such that a product is added to the check that you do not order, you pay, and if you did not notice right away, then you were deceived in the amount of at least 50 pesos. Or give change for 200 pesos less. This is completely unacceptable for a global brand. the only honest girl works at the checkout (I don’t know her name) in jeans, with a narrow waist - the only honest...

Don’t ask for the avocado toast, it’s no guac, it’s more like a very liquid guac sauce. The teas are either old or poor quality, they didn’t taste to earl grey or jasmine, at all. The menu had a mistake regarding the price of the avocado toast, this meal was twice on the menu with different prices. The waiter just said it was an inconsistency but didn’t offer a solution to the confusion. I normally don’t eat in this restaurant, and after a long time I decided to revisit the place. I remembered why I don’t come here so often. Atmosphere not bad, but...

I loved this restaurant. They could have more vegan options, but what they did have was so good! Our portions were filling. We both got the avocado toast and they came with small salads. The coffee was so good (I got a mocha). I’d love to be back. We sat upstairs and felt a cool breeze and got to look out at Park Uruguay next to us. So beautiful. And there were lots of locals meeting together in the restaurant (not filled w tourists).

The are open late and seem to serve breakfast all day. The croque madam was so so. The bread was light, crumply maybe as in toasted, or old. Not much flavor. Stacking some sauce ham cheese and egg on a toast didn't make it a croque. They make their own chai, but it taste more of the cardemum sprinkled on top than the chai that clearly misses the expected kick. The waiters are friendly, the place is chic and nicely decorated.

Came here for a late night coffee and tiramisu. The coffee and atmosphere was great but the tiramisu was served in a glass jaw and this dessert did not taste anything like a tiramisu!! No espresso or lady fingers. When we asked the manager she told this is tiramisu. We asked for a refund but she refused and told us we could swap for something else... Worst customer service!
