Touló Café — Restaurant in Mexico City

I used to come almost every day for chocolatines and/or breakfast, but lately the quality has dropped.

Last few times the chocolatines were not fresh. I brought it up with Touló management. Yesterday, I asked the cashier if the chocolatines were freshly made, and she assured me they were, even picking "the freshest ones" from the bottom of the display. But when I got to the office, my colleagues and I realized they were stale, probably from the day before yesterday. I couldn’t eat them. The coffee shop is gorgeous, and brings France coffee shop vibes! The place was full and really loud, we couldn't even hear what we were saying. The service was really really slow. Atmosphere is great, food is ok, service is horrendous! We basically had to remind them over the course of 2hrs that we were still seated/waiting on coffee etc. At the end they brought our order twice and the waiter that brought the credit card machine to us was in a mood.
