We told them I was allergic to seeds, and they brought out chicken tenders that were covered in sesame seeds. We bit our tongues, and ordered a completely separate order of chicken tenders, emphasizing the severe allergy.

They brought it out, and it was the exact same tenders, with the same seed STILL ON THEM. Sent them back, and the cook just dumped them into the fryer and brought them back covered in seeds and burnt.

We ordered chicken tenders con nada, naturale, plain. They tried to feed me the same food 3 times in a row, and then still put the untouched plate on our bill.

Someone is going to die from this behavior. If you have allergies, DO NOT GO HERE. They will lie to you.

O/10 - If they think you are a tourist, they will smile to your face and laugh behind your back. Sad for them, we are locals, and don't tolerate predatory behavior. Shame of the owner of this place for letting their staff act so terribly.

The "suggested tip" at the end took the cake 🙄

Edit: Our server Ana, tried to run our card for the suggested tip after clearly being told no. If we hadn't moved only that amount to the card, she would have stolen herself a 106 peso...

Las bebidas que pedí estaban súper ricas, pero la atención fue súper mala por parte de un mesero y de la cajera, tardaron en tomarnos la orden más que los demás, literalmente llegaron 2 mesas después de nosotros y nos dejaron al final, cuando por fin nos tomaron orden lo hizo de modo grosero y fuimos los últimos en recibir lo que ordenamos, a la hora de pagar fueron como $450 o algo así. Mi esposo pagó con un billete de $500 y nos hicieron que a fuerza pagara con tarjeta porque ese billete no "les daba confianza" lo cuál era tonto porque se acababa de sacar del banco. Pagó con tarjeta y yap. Pero se vio muy claro que hubo una discriminación...

Es un lugar muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad rodeado de edificios de cantera rosa que van muy bien con el lugar su entorno es realmente agradable y se disfruta de la vista, pero su comida es malisima y mala calidad pedi un burrito de arrachera y es un tortilla gigante gruesa de harina con nada de frijoles, unos pocos cubos de carne y dudo que sean de arrachera , por si fuera poco para que se vea que va bien servido lo rellenan de papas fritas mal , muy mal ... servicio ,atención y...
