Colonial 213 — Restaurant in Oaxaca

Today my wife and I had the pleasure to find this hidden gem amongst the thousands of wonderful restaurants in Oaxaca We ordered the eggs sunny side up and the hash which my wife found so amazing and her eggs were cooked perfectly the hash was just so delicious I ordered the omelette stuffed with mushrooms and onions…it was like an angel dancing on my tongue. The omelette was cooked perfectly and it was a very generous portion. The mushrooms and onions had the most wonderful flavours like wow! Absolutely charming restaurant, a true gem! The court yard had such a nice relaxing feel. We were delighted to find Colonial 23. The food was very tasty. My husband ordered the hash, and I had the avacado toast with egg. Both were delicious. The flavors in the hash and its sauce were so delicious we plan to return so we can order it again.
