Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Playa del Carmen

Tried to order the donuts via the app. Paid the money, however the order wasn't generated. Reached the support, and was told that I should wait up to 15 business days to get the refund. Then asked to make an order via chat, so it would be 100% generated. After I sent a screenshot of my previous order, the manager retyped it mistakenly, I corrected her, but she closed the chat and I didn't manage to make an order again. Seems Krispy Kreme doesn't need my money and doesn't want to provide a service to me.

Update: Tried to contact this organization on Whatsapp as was asked in the reply to this comment. After nearly 10 minutes of waiting for the reply to my message, I received the following text: ¿Hay algo más en lo que te...

I was waiting at the order desk like a fool, and no one came over to help me. I went to the cashier, assuming that the order process might be different to what I am used to. Only to be told that I should not order at the cashier, but rather at the order counter. So I returned to the order counter. I waited for about 5 minutes before I eventually gave up. I was the only person in the shop and no one helped me. And they were not busy! They were just standing around refusing to help me.very poor service. I will not return...

So Im here right now. Its Saturday night 7pm. The place is crowded. There is a line. I order one donut. Its 23 pesos, I hand the cashier 200 pesos. HE DOESNT HAVE CHANGE!!!!!!
