This is a hidden gem!! Watch the Taco Chronicles on Netflix (documentary about the various types of tacos and their origin and history...). Cochinita pibil is one of the most delicious and flavorful tacos there is in Mexico. Do yourself a favor, go hungry and order a couple of tacos (cochinita) and a torta (cochinita style). You won't be disappointed. We ate their various times and got hooked!! Not only do they have wonderful customer service here, but they also have great food!!!My go to tacos are their pibil tacos and their chicken tacos.
I know they’re famous for their pibil tacos but if you like chicken you should try their chicken tacos too. The chicken is cooked and seasoned perfectly! The pibil tacos are flavorful and so tender!!!!

The vegetarian taco is made with cheese, chaya (local vegetable, similar to spinach) and corn, as far as I can tell. Really liked it as well as the guacamole (with lots of lime -- very refreshing). Only thing I might skip is the longaliza (sausage) as it was a bit dry.
