It was great food and “okay” service, but it was damn so hot inside 🥵 I was walking 30 minutes to this place (I choose it from my home) and it was hot weather, which was okay for me because I was sure that it will be fresh inside of restaurant. When I arrived, it was sign “only cash” and it was my first disappointment because I don’t use cash, usually. But the waiter from restaurant said me, no worries, we will accept payment by card, but only in cashier (they have some issues today with card payment). I was happy. It wasn’t fresh from the beginning, but I sit and ordered food and drink, thinking that I didn’t feel difference because I just came from outside. It didn’t get better especially when I started to eat warm food. I even couldn’t finish my food and drink and I asked to make my coffee to go because it was so damn hot inside. I asked waiter if it is possible to do something with aircon, but she said it is working 100% full power. And there is table in the middle of the restaurant when it feels fresher (I was on the side). I didn’t understand why people who are sitting on sides of space have to suffer from hotness? In my opinion if you see that you have only available space on the sides where aircon doesn’t get - you should notify your client if it is ok for him. I was with my laptop and I needed to sit where I can charge it (on the sides). If they would notify me that aircon doesn’t get to that side - I wouldn’t stay there , I would appreciate and I would go to somewhere else and next time would visit them without having bad experience. P.S and I wasn’t alone who felt this hotness on the side. Other clients also notified it.
The food was great, but I couldn’t enjoy it fully and I might come back, when situation with aircon...
Read moreCame on Monday morning. The experience really began from the beginning, The Server asked if I had been in Mexico before. I had. He tells me he remembers me though I was in a different city and it had been plus 30 years ago. Despite there being only four people in the restaurant, 5 wait staff sitting around, it took 45 minutes to get the food and 20 minutes to get the coffee. I wondered if actually if they made the food there? They did he reassured me but maybe they shouldn't. The restaurant is billed as organic yet it is as organic as McDonald's. There are more artificial ingredients in their food than a Big Mac. The blueberry pancakes had the same taste as Walmart microwave pancakes and were actually worse. It also didn't contain one blueberry though it was full of blue coloring ingredients. The "maple syrup" had more grams of sugar and artificial ingredients than a Coca Cola bottle they and came out of an Aunt Jemima bottle and was anything but real maple syrup. The yoghurt wasn't yoghurt and was sweet as a candy bar. I returned it but still paid for it. I could go on but I will stop.....the bad review is because I just don't appreciate restaurants having such poor service and making false promises. There's a 7 Eleven next door so save your time and money and buy a doughnut and coffee there instead of going...
Read moreI hardly ever leave a review for something I dislike but this was just terrible. Great decor and nice looking restaurant. However, the food was inedible. I had the burger and requested no onion. The burger patty was undercooked and packed with more onions than beef. Why not mention this?? The bun was soggy. I couldn't make bread that wet if I tried. It came with potato wedges and I said to myself "at least I'll eat something." Nope undercooked slimy overly seasoned slugs. My wife got an avocado egg toast dish but had to ask for a box for to be polite. It seemed as if the server understood why neither of us had eaten our food.
To top it off there were only two other tables there and it took 40 minutes after we ordered to get food.
I don't want to be a hater but I wasted my money and I don't want you to also.
