Lobo de Mar — Restaurant in Playa del Carmen

This review is about this club’s atmosphere. As the club is open air on top of a building in a residential neighborhood, we neighbors have no other choice than to experience their atmosphere. The music is incredibly loud and the owners have a complete disregard for the well being of their neighbors. The music blares at top volume through 2 am. They could easily put up sound shields around the perimeter of the club to keep most of the sound contained, but have shown no interest in making this minor investment....

This bar is extremely loud, we live several houses away this bar and every night up to 2-3 am from wednesday till sunday we have to listen the music or really bad singers. The bar is located in dormitory area and I can't understand why the noise level is not controlled by the law. By the way, yesterday, at midnight, when I couldn't sleep due to the loud music of this bar, the google map mentioned the bar is closed. I hope soon this bar would be...

We stayed in an airbnb right across the street so we had to check it out. The music was NOT too loud and was good unlike what i am reading here. My 4 year old loved the vibe too! Pricing was good compared to la quinta . Tempura shrimps were great margaritas were delicious.
