Bhanu Sky Kitchen — Restaurant in Quintana Roo

One of the best meals I have ever had.

Wife had the fish of the day which consisted of a huge fillet, cooked to perfection with crispy skin and roasted tomatoes.

I had the beef rib tacos. Lovely beef rib served on the bone with a side of small freshly made tortillas.

The potatoes side was like nothing I have ever experienced. Crispy on th outside and fluffy on the inside. Almost reminiscent of pork belly.

Champagne selection could be improved as they only had 2 of the many wines listed on thier menu.

Overall this was one of the best meals I have had in Mexico (albiet one of the priciest).

Located on the roof top of Hotel kimpton Aluna in Zama Village Tulum this sky kitchen restaurant is open to the public, parking is provided at no cost, very Good atmosphere in a secluded location.
