Alondra and Alicia are amazing. They are kind and respectful and listen to their customers’ requests. Before getting started, they let you know of the facilities available for use (restroom), ask what level of pressure you would like, and ask if you have any health concerns of injuries that you want to share before getting started. They leave the room to allow you to privately undress yourself and get in the massage bed. I opted for the couple’s massage with my boyfriend and we both left feeling like we were SO relaxed. They are gentle when maneuvering your body and give just the right amount of pressure to get any knots out. We just have a couple massage and Alondra and Perla were great. We were able to get an appointment and the place and service was really great. From the communication to make easy the arrival through the entire experience, this place is a gem in Aldea Zama. Very dedicated professionals who took care of our bodies after a long week of walking, beaching and touring in Tulum. The level of care is outstanding! I entered the place with a sore back and after one hour I left the place with a heal back, no pain at all. The prices are very good for the quality and the place. So the reviews here are obviously fake as in many other places in tulum.

I went to get a 150 minute massage which overall was good however the woman who gave it to me seemed in a hurry and i told her medium pressure but she applied a very strong pressure even when i told her to lower it

The ac is in full blast so expect to be cold. She put some warm pads over me but she literaly threw them over me with no care at all.

Finally there are people coming in and out of the room and using the restroom and making noise so expect no full relaxation.
