I have fallen in love with the food at Panza. All of Panza's team members & Andres have been so attentive & have such magnificent service. You have to come visit this place! It is absolutely stunning! I am very particular with what I consume & even more particular with service. So I do very much love that my every need is consistently met & it always feels like staff is one step ahead in meeting our needs. It almost feels like they can read our minds :) The team memebers also speak english and are very happy to answer any questions you may have. The food here is absolutely amazing. I have a dairy allergy & my friend is allergic to gluten. So seeing that the menu also says what is GF, Vegan, vegetarian is always a plus. Every bite that I've taken has been consistently perfect. I love that the food is not overally seasoned like in the US. The cocktails & freshly squeezed juices are also never super sweet like in the US. It tastes natural & I still feel healthy after consuming. I have made it a point to eat at Panza multiple times a day because the environment, food & staff have made it a magical experience.
