We had an absolutely incredible stay at Casa Manika in Tulum! The condo is stunning—modern, spacious, and beautifully designed with thoughtful touches throughout. It felt like our own private oasis, tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood but still super close to everything we wanted to explore: the beach, downtown, restaurants, shops, and even the ruins were all just a short ride away.

The views from the rooftop are breathtaking—sunrises with coffee and sunsets with a drink were definitely highlights of our trip. We especially loved the two plunge pools, which were perfect for cooling off and relaxing after a day of exploring.

The host was amazing—so friendly, responsive, and genuinely made sure we had everything we needed. It really felt like a home away from home, but better. We can’t wait to come back—highly, highly recommend Casa Manika to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located...

Amazing Airbnb! Our stay there was incredible. The place is brand new and beautifully decorated with an eye for detail. The rooftop terrace was the highlight for me with amazing views and a great overall atmosphere. Also, the hosts were incredibly kind, quick to respond to any inquiries and made sure we had everything we needed. We also loved their Google list with great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants (thanks a lot for this again!!!). The location in Aldea Zama was perfect, with cute restaurants and cafes nearby.

Casa Manika Tulum, wir sind echt begeistert und möchte das hiermit auch kundtun. Wow, wir haben die Zeit wirklich genossen! Von der Buchung, bis hin zu den Übernachtungen, war alles perfekt. Es ist ein neues Haus, sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, mit Platz für mindestens 8 Personen. Mein persönliches Highlight war die Dachterrasse und der Whirlpool, von der man über den ganzen Ort schauen und den Sonnenaufgang bzw. -Untergang genießen konnte, einfach toll. Von hier kommt man schnell an alle beliebten Spots von Tulum und das in nur wenigen Minuten. Wir waren als Familie dort und können es nur empfehlen, auch für ein Trip unter Freunden perfekt geeignet. Sobald die Wohnanlage komplett fertig ist, bleiben keine Wünsche mehr offen. Aus diesem Grund haben wir für den Herbst, die Casa Manika Tulum wieder gebucht, direkt für 2 Wochen. Wir können es kaum erwarten und sind so gespannt. Danke an den Besitzer und das Personal, die uns alles so schnell und unkompliziert, ermöglicht haben.

Casa Manika Tulum, we are really excited and would like to make this known. Wow, we really enjoyed our time! From the booking to the overnight stay, everything was perfect. It is a new house, very nicely and modernly furnished, with space for at least 8 people. My personal highlight was the roof terrace and the whirlpool, from which you could look over the whole place and enjoy the sunrise and sunset, just great. From here you can quickly get to all of Tulum's popular spots in just a few minutes. We were there as a family and can only recommend it, also perfect for a trip with friends. As soon as the residential complex is completely finished, no wishes remain unfulfilled. For this reason we have For the fall, Casa Manika Tulum was booked again, directly for 2 weeks.
