Simply put, service was good, but food was just okay. Not sure how the other reviewers got a fine tasting burger. My friend and I ordered the Combo #2, and we ordered two different hamburgers with fries and onion rings. The portions are indeed generous, but lacked much flavor. The fries and onion rings were really plain tasting. Of the 6 sauces they gave, the ketchup was the most flavorful. Sure, the others may have had a little spice to them, but it was muted. The hamburgers, although we ordered different kinds (with one even stuffed with cheese) practically tasted the same with no flavors standing out, despite each burger having 4+ ingredients. Overall, with the sauces and the burgers, if we closed our eyes and ate, we wouldn't have known which we've eaten as it truly all tasted the same. We hope the best for this restaurant, but maybe we had a different chef for this experience or something as the other reviews definitely set an expectation that was not met or achieved. Rude Manager destroying all the other employees kindness.Yesterday there was a rain like pouring and i asked the people if i can smoke close to door or should i need to go out.They said ts okay to smoke close to door.Suddenly someone was in front of me saying you can not smoke here i am a manager and i am coming from outside.İ smoke outside.What do you mean by this i did not understand.Even the place is smoking free you should not smoke at your work place anyway.Doesn't matter if you are manager or not.You are an employee at the end.Being a manager over there its between you and your team nothing to do with me.İ dont say customers are always right but i have asked and even tho. you could just come say that nicely.No point for you to coming me and talking that rude attitude.İ understand you have a rules but it wasnt my fault to having incorrect info by your staff.+ fries were not good.Cocktails are okay.But the guy who is standing by the door and the ladies...

Actually the best burger I ate in a restaurant. The meat is good quality. The combinations are great. I took local burger and I enjoyed it. I just didn't like one thing: The local burger has few ingredients in it and it didn't say lettuce. Because of that I asked for lettuce, the manager of the place told me it's an extra payment and I took it anyway. I just think that she should have thought about telling me that it comes with a lettuce already. She should have thought that why would I need lettuce if I have it already. On the other hand, my boyfriend loathes lettuce and it wasn't written also in his dish's ingredients in the menu. So he had to took it out. They need to improve that, it's very important to say exactly what comes with the dish. The service was very good, they had someone new working as a waiter and he was so nice to us.
