Curry Thai Restaurant — Restaurant in Quintana Roo

Don't get me wrong, I love seafood, acai bowls and tacos! Some people say I'm inner Mexican stuck in an Asian body! But, after eating all of this, I was really craving some Asian food.

Curry by Po Thai is located in a luxury apartments area, sorta off the grid a little from Centro Tulum. I was very interested in trying it out and fulfilling my craving and itch for Asian food.

I spoke to the Thai chef in Thai and he was so happy that I came to visit! The food was amazing and the flavors were on point. Once you try the appetizer plate, you have a good idea how the rest of the food was going to be.

Pineapple fried rice- the only reason why you should not get it is if you are allergic to pineapples!

Here's the thing, the food was fantastic, but warning: it will make you SICK. After we ate at Curry by Po Thai last night, my partner and I have been experiencing food poisining all of last night and today. I had read a couple of other reviews that said the same thing, which I disregarded (thinking they were just sensitive.) I know now that this is not the case. So please be warned that if you eat here, you might encounter a few days of the worst bowel movements and vomitting!

Wow where do I start this place is amazing hidden treasure. I have been staying at this hotel that is attached to the restaurant for a month and I have to tell you the food is amazing the staff is amazing everything is just perfection. Just when you think you’ve seen it all they come out with something new. On my last day there they gave me a nice sendoff. The atmosphere is great and the food is amazing the chef is just fabulous.
