We just had lunch today here, we ordered a nice ensalada de fruta, pan artisanal, huevos poblanos, enfrijoladas veracruzanas and Chilaquiles Rancheros. Unfortunately, my server got the order wrong, I even mentioned I would like the chilaquiles with chicken and lettuce, but I got Huevos rancheros instead, unfortunately I don't like eggs so I decided to wait for the right order. Food came out extremely slowed, by the time I got the right dish, it was an hour later. Unfortunately again, it came with a hair! At this point we just asked for the bill. When the bill came I was charged for The Huevos Rancheros, them arguing it was cheaper than the chilaquiles. I mentioned I didn't eat either due to the server's mistake and then due to the hair on chilaquiles. They offered a mimosa on the house or dessert, but that we needed to pay for the food WAS WRONGLY SERVED AND NOT EATEN. After speaking to the manager Guillermo, he unkindly took the bill back and told me: It's fine, I will CHARGE the server and kitchen staff for your meal.. So rude and unprofessional. Mistakes happen and I'm very understanding of it. But telling me the staff will pay for a mistake because I didn't want to pay for food I didn't eat due to their errors, it was uncalled for. Definitely not...

This was a little upsetting because although the buffet was ready, we purchased the package with the expectation of having eggs, quesadillas etc. But by the time we finish breakfast, they were just opening that… I think for what the buffet included without that isn’t worth over $400.
Cute place, good vibes and not busy - they have a menu, but you’re better off just getting the buffet because the same thing in the buffet are the only things they have on the menu.

We ordered a couple of versions of Chilaquiles and other breakfast items and they were all delicious. The service as well was great! Jesus, our waiter was super friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was super peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend...
