The owners, Guillermo and Karla, of Artesana Luxury Villas have exceeded our expectations by providing all quality and luxury items. They pay attention to every detail you can think of. From decor, furnishings, linen, daily freshly made food, baked bread, and juices and lit up candles at night. The owners live at the villa so they have bought the best of everything to share with those who stay at their place. The owners are around but never intrusive. There is a sense of space, privacy and safety. We occupied the Rosalind Villa with a private terrace. Yeci and Adri work around the clock to keep the place looking spotless and beautiful. They prepare breakfast ever morning, make daily fresh natural juices like lemonade, hibiscus tea, orange-ade, etc. daily snacks, evening turn down service, and daily housekeeping. Alfonso also was there to help out part of the time. He was so attentive and kind and informative. If you need anything just ask! Karla even called and got us a reservation with the best table on the rooftop terrace at La única! She has connections! Artesana villas is connected to Rosewood Hotel by a side gate. The villas have their own gate and guard 24 hours a day. An added bonus is that people that stay at Artesana get to use all the amenities at Rosewood Hotel, to include daily access to spa amenities, gym, yoga studio, and pool! For me I need clean comfortable & cool, and the Artesana has all that & more. The bed was so amazing I slept in every day! The staff are all so friendly & professional and eager to make your stay special.

The landmark Hotel Rosewood is just steps away and you may enjoy all of their wonderful amenities. I highly recommend the Artesana for any special occasion or just a weekend in San Miguel de Allende. For sure let it be known there are spontaneous fireworks all of the time you just never know when; put in the earplugs and have sweet dreams it is a part of being there.

My wife & I stayed here for a week to attend a wedding. From the moment we got here, it was absolutely amazing. The hosts, Carla & Bill greeted us upon arrival & gave us a tour of the property with some wine. They were incredibly welcoming & tended to our every need. Carla was very responsive, immediately answering every question over text. She arranged taxis for us to get around the city & provided breakfast for us every morning. Virtually every time we left the room, it was turned down again by the amazing staff - Adri, Yesy & Gely. Saying they were professional, friendly & attentive is an understatement. Some evenings, we stopped in the kitchen & had a chat with Carla & Bill, they made us feel at home during the entire stay. We couldn't imagine staying at another property when we visit San Miguel again, which we can't wait to do.
