Update: recently I decided, due to the popularity of this place, to make a reservation for a table, last night we arrived to find we did not have a table reserved, fortunately a table was empty and we took that, a little disappointed since reservations are offered through Google. We still had a fun night and enjoyed the experience a lot. I live in Cozumel full time and visited this place for the first time on a Sunday evening, it was walking distance from home and the weather was wet. The entertainment is good. The food price is relatively high compared to the serving size on the plate, the food tasted good but not enough of it. The two for one drinks on a Sunday night are a good option, we stayed for the music and the two for one promotion for the wine. Probably will not go there for the food again, but will go for the atmosphere and the entertainment, its a nice chill place for the...

Cozumel's first and only (for now) distillery more than earns a stop on your busy vacation schedule. The breezy bohemian vibe made us feel comfortable as we sipped away on some truly impressive house made rum and gin. The lionfish ceviche was so good we could easily forgive the cheap straight-from-a-bag tortilla chips. I also wish the staff were a bit more knowledgeable about the distilling process. As a distillery hounds I'm always hungry for knowledge of the craft and how the spirits are made and what sets them apart. A small gripe in the grand scheme of things; the service was great, the cocktails perfect, with a vibe unique to the island and hard to beat. I appreciate their commitment to sustainability and the consumption of invasive species, and will definitely return to try more menu items and more...

I was able to make it to the Destileria twice in one trip! Once was off their regular menu and the other was for a three course Day of the Dead event. Both times, the food and cocktails were absolutely amazing! The staff is so friendly and so helpful. The new chef is wildly talented - the Day of the Dead dinner was a masterpiece from start to finish. It was a wonderful way to learn more about the culture in a full dinner experience. Marigolds were even incorporated in a cocktail and part of the dessert!

The space is gorgeous so you can enjoy the outside weather while staying out of the sun. I can't wait for future events and to try more items off the recently expanded food menu. Highly recommend going...

We stopped here for dinner one night since they are close to where we are staying. Why did we wait so long to try them! The drinks were fantastic and the food was delicious. Our waitress was Yasmine (sp?), and she was exceptional. I have some food restrictions, and she was vigilant to check on ingredients. The special was a drink with a blooming onion for $100 MX. For dinner, I had the shrimp Diabla, which was spicy and tasty. My husband had the lion fish tostada, which he enjoyed. My teenage son had the Barbacoa tacos and said they were good. The atmosphere was lovely.
