If you are in Conzumel, a must visit in this area. We were able to get a taxi from our boat dock to this place. We paid $10 per person (this was before the pandemic) to get a chair and were able to use the snorkel gear and the kayaks. Not sure how much they charge now but a good place to snorkel, kayak and have good local food.

Take a quick ferry from Playa Del Carmen and the world opens up to many more beaches, resorts, and sleepy towns. Cozumel is more spread out and less hectic. Great snorkeling! a few tequila places that put an emphasis on quality.
