IT Tulum — Restaurant in Tulum

My girl and I had dinner reservations for 9PM and we were escorted to a nice table near the DJ booth. Let me first start by stating that the ambiance they create from beginning until we left was amazing. We were able to enjoy a nice great appetizer and drinks. Then the party started once our entrees came in. Our server was probably a bit busy but, the staff did not miss a beat as the manager Luigi and server assistant Valentine both took great care of us. My girl and I just came off a celebration dinner the night before in Azulik and there is no comparison. Hands down the food and drinks are better, service is better as they were paying attention to details while we are eating and the ambiance creates a great dinner party for you to enjoy. Prosciutto with Burrata was amazing, Ribeye cooked to order and Seafood pasta was a great size for my girl to enjoy which she loved. For those of you wondering when to go Sunday night is a must. Thank you gentlemen for really providing a great experience....

This place SCAMMED me. I purchased a bottle of Grey Goose for what equated to $50 USD on my Discover card and when I got my statement they charged me for OVER $500 USD. This took 6 months to resolve because these low lifes actually tried to uphold the charge, as well. after racking my brain on how this could have happened I realized that they brought me a receipt with the actual amount, I confirmed, gave my card and then they ran it for the amount 10x greater and brought THAT receipt over for me to sign. I had 3 friends validate my conversion before purchasing and also had a local friend go back after the fact and send me a photo of the bottle list prices to confirm they scammed me. We went for a Valentine’s Day and it was the worst experience we had in Tulum…the restaurant pretends to be a sophisticated hight end place but in fact you get: hostess with bored mean face slowest service on earth ( we waited 35 min for drinks and 1.5hrs for main dishes! And we never got them at the end anyways haha) food is below average like they don’t even try( even the bread basket looks like you don’t want to touch it). Almost every other restaurant on the strip is way better! Don’t waist your time pls oh and prices for drinks and bottles is sky hight like literally! And I’m from New York so I know about prices! they tell they are a club but the music is worse than in places they don’t even have a dj overall the worst experience in TULUM!...
