Visiting this restaurant even once is definitely an unforgettable experience, because the place is built and designed in a very unique and beautiful way. It gives the impression that the entire restaurant is elevated among the trees. Up on the second floor, you’ll find the main dining area, plus a bar, a DJ booth, and a space for dancing. If you go higher, there’s a level with private little booths for dining, and it truly feels like you’re sitting in a tree. I’ve visited this restaurant twice for dinner, and both times it was aesthetic heaven - the atmosphere was truly fantastic! Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the food quality. Most of the dishes my partner and I tried were just okay. Honestly, there wasn’t a single dish I’d call delicious. The menu isn’t very big, but it does have a few interesting options. On our last visit, we decided to share several appetizers: Naan Bread, Guacamole, Crab Croquette, Fish and Chips, Tuna Cakes. From all that, we only really liked and enjoyed the fish and chips and the crab croquette. The rest wasn’t good - especially the naan bread, which was hard and flavorless. The tuna cakes were very dry and tasteless as well. From my first visit, I also remember the food tasting just okay. I did try the Grilled Octopus, which I liked, but definitely didn’t love. To make matters worse, the prices on the menu are quite high. The food quality doesn’t match the prices at all. Even the drinks, including soft drinks, are overpriced. For example, when I ordered a mocktail, they brought me a glass that was half-filled with ice; and the drink cost 300 Mexican pesos (U.S. $16). Crazy! Another negative point is the extremely loud music on the main second floor. It’s impossible to have a conversation if you sit in the middle of that level. However, if you go to the separate area across the little bridge, the music is a bit quieter, but still louder than it should be for a relaxing dinner. The first time I visited, I got a table on the uppermost level, and the noise level was much better up there. I definitely preferred that upper area. On a positive note, I want to mention the sweet staff - the hostess and waiters were always extremely nice to me. But both times I visited, the waiters didn’t check on us much during the meal. Also, if the restaurant is busy, food preparation can be very slow — we waited more than 40 minutes for our order. To sum up: I do recommend visiting this place, but more as a visual and artistic experience, not for the food. Go for the atmosphere, enjoy a drink and a tasty appetizer like the fish and chips or crab croquette, but plan to have your main meal elsewhere if you’re looking for truly...

My girlfriend and I ate here on Friday, August 1st, and today (August 4th) is the first day I've had the energy to write this — thanks to the worst case of food poisoning either of us has ever had.
We chose this place for our final dinner in Tulum, thinking it looked promising with its view. Big mistake. When we arrived for our 7 PM reservation, the place was completely empty — first red flag.
We chose the “nest experience,” which required a 1600 peso per person prepayment (about $170 USD total). You pay before seeing any food, which felt more like a trap than an experience.
The food? Worse than Awful. The naan and watery pesto were flavorless, and everything — including the instant mashed potatoes they served us — had a strange, ocean taste. Like the fridge in the kitchen was dirty and smelly.
I got the karma burger, which was passable but overpriced. $22 USD
My girlfriend’s garlic steak was completely inedible: fatty, squishy, and nauseating. Even the manager's apology meant nothing — instead of refunding the steak, we were told we had "credit" to use... so we got a crème brûlée, which turned out to just be pudding. No crust, no brûlée. They do not do refunds at all. He just recommended that we get more drinks which we didn't want.
Within hours, we were violently ill. We've both been battling nonstop food poisoning ever since — cramping, vomiting, and diarrhea so bad we were crying on our flight the next day. I’m getting tested for parasites tomorrow morning because it will be day 4 with these symptoms.
To add insult to injury, they auto-charged a $33 USD tip — not to the server, but to the company. Just on their own.
This place is a scam. Do not go. It ruined our last night and next morning, wrecked our health, and stole our money. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had — anywhere in the world.
I hate this place with everything in me. Please listen to what I am telling you, do not do this to yourself. Overall I am a healthy individual and I do not feel sick very often at all, especially from food. A stomach of steel if you will. But even a strong stomach is no match for parasites.
Do not lose $200 USD and get parasites. Avoid this place at all cost. It is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. I have travelled all across the world and I have never had a meal/experience as terrible as this has been. I pray more folks do not fall victim to this trash. I am giving three stars for the service because I got the vibe that our waiter knows the place sucks. It wasn't his...
Read moreWe wanted to treat ourselves after nearly a month of Mexico we wanted to really have a nice evening, good food and to have some fun. There are a lot of Restaurants in Tulum and everywhere u can read excellent reviews and some bad ones. Well let me tell you, this will be a bad one. Probably not as bad as our experience but still bad. So we reserved a table, the ambiance was nice, the staff was friendly, we ordered guacamole, sushi and a medium cooked filet steak for dinner. Guacamole was average for US-Standards, bad for Mexico. Nice Tortilla Chips tho. Well then there was the main course. The Sushi (which is, as we all know, a cold dish) came first. We waited some long minutes for my steak. I mean in a restaurant of this “standard” you would assume they time all meals on one table together. And then there’s the point that the sushi can’t even get cold so why didn’t they just bring it whenever the steak was ready? Well the steak arrived, the server was real nice! He had a flashlight with him to let me check if the Steak was perfectly medium so I cut it open and there it shows why the Steak took so long. It was fully cooked. Like Well well done. The Waiter took it back and told me he would bring a new one 😅 after some more time the steak arrived pretty much medium to well done but I took it, ate and just tried not to be angry about it because well it happens to the best of us. But definitely shouldn’t happen twice in a restaurant. I have to say the steak wasn’t the best after all and I pretty much was very disappointed. We saw these really nice cocktails online and decided to give them another chance. Who cares if the steak wasn’t perfect, when the drinks are? So we ordered drinks. His was pretty okay I’d say. We had better but I do not want to put it up to European or US-American standards so yes, was a little pricey but not bad! Mine on the other Hand was real bad. It’s picture perfect for sure, 5⭐️ for presentation on the Drinks!!! Really loved it! But I tried and I didn’t like it at all. Tasted like a bunch of different alcohol thrown together and mixed with a hint of sirup and soda. I never had a cocktail that bad. Including the ones my friends mixed at house parties. Very very sorry! Maybe we just went on a bad evening but we never went back. U have a very nice ambiance, concept, friendly staff and if you would take some second thoughts about the food and Drinks (ingredient and mixture wise) we would have had a way better experience....
