AVOID. Dont be fooled by the appearances. This place SUCKS! Went in for breakfast as it was close to our hotel. Ordered 2 smoothie bowls , a juice and a coffee. There was a few customers in front of us so we waited about 30mins before asking if we could get our order. One lady was walking around making instagram stories and picking up twigs so we asked if she was the owner. Apparently she was the owners mom, and didnt seem to care much. The owner (we assumed) was at the cash register and couldn’t even remember our order when asked. They then proceeded to send us 3 bowls at 3 different times (two to go, for some unexplainable reason) after about 45mins of wait. Coffee came last. No apology/acknowledgement from owners despite us being visible flustered. Other customers also seem frustrated by waiting time and order mix ups. To their defence smoothie bowls were decent and the coffee was good.
Never have I felt to so compelled to write a review of a smoothie stand, but I truly feel sorry for their employees and all the people that fall for the aesthetically pleasing look of this place. I’ll choose my words carefully not to hurt feelings here, but whoever runs this place is in the wrong industry. Mistakes happen and should be forgiven, but customer care is not something you can “work on”. You either have it...

When I did, I was asked by someone else to bring my plate to them. They also charge around $9 for one very small piece of toast with almond butter and fruit.
The drinks were delicious, but when I asked to refill my water bottle (after buying three drinks and toast), I was told there was a charge of ten pesos to do so and then the girl who refilled it (the same one who served my toast without toppings then asked me to bring it to her), denied having grabbed the cap to the water bottle when I couldn’t find it and didn’t help to look for it, leaving me to scan everything from my bag to the front counter, eventually spotting it on the back counter.
This place seems more interested in getting away with charging high prices instead of service or even top quality delivery. They’re the only smoothie place in walking distance from my hotel, so they have that advantage, but they also have opportunities to improve the quality of their customers experience.
