Food took forever, fish was uncooked

Edit: We were trying to be respectful of the fact that everyone has off days, however, based on the comment below fron the establishment. What was said there is not true. We ate one bite of fish (and even after the one bite had a stomach ache) after waiting for an incredibly long time to get our food. So we ate the other meal and showed the raw fish to the staff, saying we would pay for everything but the fish as we were not willing to wait for a new fish to come out, and had the fish been cooked we would have been more than happy...

Not recommendable, total chaos from the first moment, waited 30 minutes for the aguas frescas, forgot one entrada, then served entrada and main course at the same time, not even understanding the issue. It‘s a Mom and Pap business run by people who don‘t know what they are doing, the place is small, loud and stuffy, despite all this the price level is high. Edgar our server could not have been nicer. The food was excellent. I recommend the regional dishes.The key is to take everything on your plate and wrap it in a tortilla for the most complete bite around.
