Absolutely delicious! This shop has the best ice cream around. The flavours are unique because they are made fresh every day and they make different flavours. They only have 4 milk based flavours and 4 water based flavours but it’s enough! We tried the Jamaica and pineapple-cilantro and this was a huge winner. On the mill based we tried the almond and salted caramel and they were incredible too! It makes us sad to see some ignorant reviews here of people saying that they don’t have a lot of flavours, that the price is too much or that the staff is rude…. None of that is true! This ice cream is made in house in small batches and this costs money! If you want cheap mass produced ice cream, just go somewhere else! This store doesn’t deserve your ignorance. The pistachio gelato/ice cream was ultra delicious and of the best quality I’ve had in Mexico! We arrived to expect a lineup but there was no one which was a gift because we were quite tired from Chichen Itza and needed a break. Be aware it’s cash only.

The owner was super kind and offered us samples of pistachio, pineapple/cilantro and mandarin. The latter two were refreshing but that pistachio really hit the spot and gave me an energy boost for the rest of our adventure.

I really loved that Valladolid had trash cans along the streets and I deposited my waste ice cream container (after sipping it dry lol) into one of them to keep the Mayans happy. I even stopped to pick up garbage off the ground to...

A MUST VISIT WHEN IN VALLADOLID ! I am gonna be dreaming of the Affogato everyday till we visit again! Spent 2 days in Valladolid and we had Wabi Gelato both days, I found this gem by mistake, and ohhh I was not disappointed!

As per my understanding, new flavors are added frequently, we tried 3 flavors and the Affogato, all were mouthwatering from the taste to the texture and consistency just amazing!

The interior is very cute, it’s giving old town European ice cream shop! The owner is such a sweetheart, you can easily tell that she takes pride in the place and is very passionate about her work!

Thank you for the restaurant recommendations you gave us, and thank you for being so pleasant...

We were offered samples of all the flavours along with recommendations. Everything was delicious, we had a scoop of rosemary milk and another of lime. They were both absolutely fantastic. To top it off, they recommended we stop by Balankanché on the way to Chichen Itza, and let me tell you we were very glad to have followed that recommendation.
