Our very first negative experience in Mexico at a cafe/restaurant after travelling for almost a month through Mexico. They recommended artisanal mocha instead of regular mocha. It was extremely powdery and didn’t taste good. I asked them to change it for something else and they made me a cheaper smoothie. They wouldn’t give the rest of my change back as they claimed they are keeping it for having had to make a new drink. After back and forth, they gave some of it back.
