Cienfuegos Burgerhouse — Restaurant in Valladolid

Almost a 5 stars..

Positive feedback: buns were incredible, meat was juicy with lots of flavor, french fries were good, and the homemade pickles were great with the burger.

Negative feedback: bacon was not good missing the crunch and quality, tasted a bit uncooked but could have been the quality. The barbecue sauce missing flavor and the chipotle sauce tasted plain, sauces need to be made with more flavor. The ketchup they give you is the lowest quality we have in mexico, when you have such a great restaurant with amazing fries you must have the amazing ketchup to go with it (heinz ketchup, cant afford it then people like me can pay extra) it talks a lot about the place. I also ordered the onion rings i give it a 3/5 super greasy, more flour than onion and could be crunchier.

But I will say this the place has potential if they can get those small details perfect that could become the number 1 burger spot...

Great burgers and nice quiet clean atmosphere. Small family operated restaurant with good service and nice attitude. The ground Angus hamburger was tasty, thick slices of bacon and a fresh sesame seed bun made it really special. Prices are consistent with the location just 2 blocks from centro - obviously more expensive than a street vendor but not overpriced like many of the restaurants near Centro. Excellent choice for a break from the traditional Mexican food which is everywhere in Valladolid... You should visit ! We will...

Great burgers at a great price and really friendly staff. If you're really hungry then add a side dish. Nice little dining area to side of the counter and cooking area. My only negative comment is that it needs better publicity. At the very least in needs a menu and some pictures of the food and dining...
