I really wanted to love this place. The owner needs to hire better people and put better systems in place. My first visit was nice. Unfortunately, after coming back three more times, I’ve been consistently disappointed.
The food and drink quality are highly inconsistent. The drinks are often way too sweet or off in flavor — even when I’ve specifically asked for something in a certain way. The same goes for the food, they don’t follow instructions, we asked for no tomato and still received it, requested runny yolks and got overcooked eggs with crunchy edges. Once, we even got a croissant that tasted completely stale.
I’m not a picky eater, but the lack of attention to detail and inconsistency in quality has really turned me off. It’s a shame because the place is beautiful and had a lot of potential. It’s so close, so I’m sure we will visit a few times while in Valladolid. Jhoana was our server, and was super attentive.

En serio que descaro responder así, !! Cómo vamos a pagar unos platillos que nunca llegaron a la mesa y que por consiguiente nunca consumimos ????!!!!!! Y sin reconocer su falta de atención, en mayúsculas y argumentando mentiras y amenzas de reporte en Google!!? Ja ja Obviamente quien respondió es el mismo gerente tapando su falta de profesionalismo o de una persona ajena que no le consta lo que pasó.
Calidad de servicio sería primero reconocer, luego disculparse, no decir mentiras y dejar de ver tanto celular !!! El cliente es primero y se lo olvidó …
Nosotros viajamos mucho y opinamos de todos los sitios que visitamos en el mundo, y esta es la primera vez que contesta un prestador de servicio de esta manera, amenazando que nos reportara, y con puros argumentos ridículos y mentiras.
