It has been the second week of travelling in Mexico and as every tourist knows after a period of time: there is not much variation in the mexican cuisine (no offense, we love it though :D). We were walking around in valladolid looking for a place to eat something and saw this little place called plaza maya where a boy was waving at us, offering to have a look on the menu. As we always do, we have a look to compare the prices but what made us stay in the Restaurant to have dinner was not the price, even though it was cheap but the old man who explained us their speciality which is unbelievable good! It was one of the cooks that we have met who was absoloutely amazing and friendly.. he also worked in Canada, France and Germany, so he has a little experience. From here on I guess, if you are looking for a nice meal, you should discover their speciality. The name of the friendly man was Rubren Mena, go meet him and be delighted by his friendliness...

Restaurants with vegetarian meals on their menu are quite scarce in Valladolid, so we asked if if was possible to get a vegetarian meal, so we obtained a adjusted meal without the meat which was very delicious, I would really recommend it! Also the restaurant has some very nice “Bebidas Naturales” on their menu, I would also very much recommend to try them! Very good...

Painfully slow and indifferent. And don’t even get me started on the prices — completely inflated for the poor quality of food and experience.
