WOW, what a spot!!! Food was absolutely delicious at a hard to beat value! Got 7 tacos Al pastor, chorizo con queso, and Al pastor quesadilla all for 241 pesos.

The Al pastor is a must, obviously, as you walk past the spit with the gentle, fragrant aroma calling you in. The tacos came with some piñas on top and delicious pico/salas on the side.

Owner is SO friendly and offered suggestions of breakfast tamale to try. He has a huge heart, and despite the language barrier (with my limited Spanish), this shined through his spirit to connect, and the food.

GO HERE !!!!This is the 3d night we have been eating here which sounds a bit boring. But after a full month of Mexico this is literally the best taco pastor we had and also think we will have in our time here (maybe lifetime). We asked for the recipe but it’s a family secret…. We walked past this humble looking shop late at night and saw many locals eating there, so we gave it a try! We ordered a torta, it was delicious 🤤 Good price too! The staff is so friendly and he even let me take a video of him preparing our torta. Will definitely visit again if we are in Valladolid again!
