Azzuro Beach — Restaurant in Budva

Customer service here was abysmal, which is crazy because they have people on the boardwalk literally begging you to come in and eat. We get in and it takes 10 mins for the waiter to come back despite us calling for him many times. He didn’t write anything down either, and when I asked for two tap waters, they didn’t arrive until after 30 mins, so we’d already finished eating at that point. We got some overpriced drinks, and wanted to pay the bill. Everywhere else in MNE brings the receipt as you order, but this guy waited until the end to bring two receipts with a phoney €20 charge added. He said it was for the 5 beers, but we got a beer receipt that had 2, so why not just either give us another one for the other three or add it to that. The beers were 4.90, 2 of them were already charged on one receipt so the €20 he added to the bill didn’t make sense. I think he thought we were too drunk to try calculate, I asked him to give us some time but he just stood looking over us so we were forced to give him €70 when we didn’t even order that much worth of stuff. And then he didn’t bring our change either. What a waste of a meal. My pork was so tough, even the stray cats under the table I tried feeding it to didn’t want it. Imagine that. We wanted to order soup. The waiter said they do not have. Then we ordered bolognese with tagliatelle. He said they don't have tagliatelle. I asked what do you have then? He said penne or spaghetti so we ordered penne but at the end they served spaghetti. And when we paid the waiter asked how many tip he can count for his service as we paid by card. This was the most ridiculous thing. It should not be asked. He never checked us if we need someting during our dinner like drinks or something so what was the service we should leave tip for???

This was the second and last time we eat here.

Their beach is okay, but I can't say much about their restaurant's service, because there was no service. I mean zero, really. We ordered black tea and desserts, the waitress brought a mint tea and said there is no such thing as black tea in Montenegro, and that everyone drinks mint tea in the country, which is a ridiculous claim. We told that we had been drinking black tea every day in other restaurants and later we asked another waitress and he brought black tea for us. We also ordered a few desserts, which never came and we end up leaving the place without receiving our order, but...
