The Number One worst seafront restaurant in Budva. Absolutely do not recommend eating here or experiencing the attitude of the rude uncaring staff.
Ordered Gambiri prawns which came with potato and spinach - these were oily, overcooked, overpriced and oversold by the elderly waiter stating this was a popular dish. It was an homemade effort, not professional, not appetising, not appealing in any way.
The seafood salad contained pickled muscles and squid clearly from a can poured over chopped lettuce and tomato in a soup bowl.
The Cappuchino coffee gave one sip only of coffee, the rest was frothy milk. Complete rip off.
I had to call the waiter back to remove the metal cap from my tonic water. He asked me where I was from as if my cultural origin had any influence on why he should open the tonic bottle. He offered no apology for the mistake but replied that he was from Serbia and was just finishing out the tourist season. And the relevance of this was???
Not satisfied with the six oily Gambiri prawns, I ordered Tuna steak which arrived uncooked, very rubbery and tough texture which was a sign it was no longer fresh having that slight blue/greenish tint that showed it was past its best. It was completely inedible to eat.
I called over the waiter to explain that it could not be eaten and was not fresh. He shrugged his shoulders and started telling me that tuna steak was meant to be presented and cooked this way as it was just tuna. I explained that I had eaten tuna steaks in many restaurants in the world over many years and that this was not cooked properly, not fresh and not edible.
I told him to take away the tuna as I could and would not eat it. He again tried to convince me that this was the way tuna was meant to be cooked as if I was ignorant and unaware. I asked for the bill immediately as he was not prepared to listen to my complaint. He picked up the Tuna steak and walked off with it, no apology, no offer of a replacement, no recognition of any form of customer service. Five minutes later, no reappearance, so I walked around to pay and he was arguing with the kitchen chef.
He presented the bill still showing 20 Euro on it for the tuna steak I had not eaten and also an extra charge for bread I had not asked for as well. I refused to pay for the tuna or the bread and would pay only for what I had eaten not for unwanted and uncooked food. I expect the reply I next received in Serbian was not the most pleasant in response. Not going here ever...

No effort was made to remove the fat from it and it certainly could not be called Roast Lamb it was more like stewed Lamb. As regards the vegetables they were not fresh vegetables. They were frozen and way overdone. For starters they have a tomato salad for €4. I asked could i have a bit of onion on it and what i got was a Beef Tomato sliced in 4 pieces and a whole onion. Charged me €8 which was a rip off. When it came to paying the bill i wanted to pay by card and was told that it may take 10 minutes or so for the card machine to work and they would prefer Cash. I told them that i was most disappointed to be charged €4 for the Onion and was told that some restaurants charge for Pepper and Salt which is total nonsense. The restaurant seems to be the meeting place for some of the locals who come into the back of the restaurant and have a few drinks and a smoke. The hygiene of the waiter left a lot to be desired.Again not something that should happen in a restaurant. Read moreTerrible cooking and service. Shellfish were barely cooked -- almost raw. Once we complained about that, waiter has taken away the plate and brought it back five minutes later. I would bet that they've just put that into the microwave. We complained again, and waiter dropped the polite act and stated that they know better how the dish is supposed to be cooked, and our opinion does not matter.
Once I've asked for the bill after that, he said that he doesn't care anymore and left our table.
Moving forward: grilled pork was fried on the pan rather than grilled. Taste was almost non-existent due to the amount of oil it was cooked in. The sides for that pork were just a plain onion cut in pieces, a bit of dried up cabbage and cold fries. Dark beer was noticeable watered down.
All in all: prices are lower than you'd expect from a seaside restaurant, but it would seem that the quality has taken a beating to achieve that. The establishment's management seems to tolerate waiter's rudeness, because there are always more tourists. Do...
