Good evening! First of all we had a very long day and we planned to eat something local delicious. We seen this restaurant in the middle of the old town. We take a nice table than it started the disaster. We had one lady as a waiter with very poor english. Its fone we ordered lemonade what was soo bad that i could make better. Not even a piece of lemon were there, but we got straws and ice… Than started the food ordering but before we ordered she asked us, how we plan to py by card or cash. We answered cash…We get our orders in time, started with soup than salad and main course. Unfortunatelly everything were over salted so we had to order like 2 big bottles of water as well. The neighbour tavle asked for vinegar so the waitress took it from our table…When they asked for salt, we get suprised and we also mentioned that we havent got so she took it from an empty table…As we wanted to celebrate, we were more like counting where to go for a dessert not to stay there anymore. My conclusion is that, not to pay tax is not fine. We sampled the bill what we received. Use one person who does not speak properly english and rude is not a mistake, its a disaster! I hope for the rest of our holiday we will not meet such a terrible situation as this was, and just hope that People of Montenegro wants to have higher standards than this place!Not...

We are a family of 4 from the UK and we’ve just spent 14 nights in Budva going to a different restaurant every night. Most of them have been in Old Town as the overall atmosphere is really appealing. On our last night we have discovered Konoba Galeb. We wished we had found it earlier and we would have been here several times. It’s without a doubt the best we’ve been to. There are a few tables on the limestone paths if you fancy ‘people watching’ but we went to the upper terrace which had a lovely feeling to it with decent fans to keep us comfortable. They have a really extensive menu for all tastes and it’s obvious that they have a high quality, experienced chef. I had the Tuna steak in Grenadine sauce, cooked to perfection and tasted devine. My family all enjoyed their meals too. The waiters were professional, polite and knowledgable with each dish and the drinks. I had a delicious Sauvignon Blanc and then discovered that they were recently trialling an artisan Bavarian beer called ‘Noam’ which I had to try. I wasn’t disappointed. It came in an art deco style bottle and tasted amazing.

Overall I would highly recommend a visit here and I’m pretty sure that if you’re in Budva for a few nights you’ll be back...

We just had dinner tonight with my friends. We ordered one pizza, mussels, and two risotto. The food was ok because i tried worste than that in budva unfortunately, but I don't want to give my review for that. The worst thing happened with the bill. The waitress (the told one with black hear) told us that we can't pay by card because its a problem in the sistem. Ok i understand that sometimes happens, but she brought us a bill with 8€ more charge written by pen on top of the bill . Probably she did it by herself. We didn't pay attention and we paid cash, but than i asked her i want the receipt back to see what we paid for . The right price was 71.20€. When i asked her why she charged me 8 € more, she told me i put service in that, without telling me nothing! She tried to still me in front of my eyes! Its a shame for her attitude and the way they treat tourists. She could ask me for tips and would give it to her anyways, but in this way is the worst thing I've seen in my life!.Never come back and definitely i recommend all the people check the receipt before you pay because there are to many teief around. And the owner of the restaurant has to pay attention to this. It's not good for...

Came in just as we were walking through the old town, just wanted something cheap and filling, chose the chicken and mushroom tagliatelle.... Went to bologna on holiday last year and this was the best pasta I've had outside of Bologna. It was absolutely fantastic, couldn't fault it what so ever. I'm no critic, but I enjoy good food, and this was excellent. Local beer on draught at the time of this review, €3 for a 330ml, €5 for a half pint, so can't complain. Service was spot on, the waiter we had was really chill, very polite and his English was perfect (not that this is important but it was something that I noticed). Very attentive but not intrusive, lovley guy. Great vibe, great location, massive selection of food and wine if you like to dabble in the vintage grape juices. Honestly such a lovely experience and if I ever come back to Budva, I'll be making a point of coming back here again for dinner 11/10 Also, just a side note, the portion of pasta I had was not small, it was actually nearly too much...but if you are properly hungry, I'd assume that the rest of the dishes are also pretty filling, can't confirm this but just an assumption. Good value for money in terms of the pasta. 👌
