The Prince English Pub — Restaurant in Budva

I’ve been staying in Budva on holiday for the past 10 days and have really enjoyed the atmosphere and general hustle and bustle of the old town. There are lots of restaurants and bars to explore, but my favourite — without a doubt — has been The Prince.

The owners (and Bruno, the golden Labrador!) have made me feel incredibly welcome and always greet me with a smile and a friendly ‘How are you today?’

The pub is tucked just slightly away from the main area, giving it a relaxed, less hectic vibe than much of the old town — perfect for chilling out, reading a book, and enjoying a cold beer.

They also serve Guinness, which is very good! While I didn’t get a chance to try the food, everything I saw coming out of the kitchen looked absolutely delicious.

I’ll definitely be back on...

The pub is located in the Old Town, near the fortress walls. Entourage, cozy and very emotional place. If you want a break from the hustle and bustle of the Old City, this is for you, besides, only here you can drink coffee at any time of the day! By passing coffee, beer, wine and cocktail cards, there is delicious food, especially pizza, on thin and crispy dough, and tomato soup...

Please don’t go to this rip off. We are a mature couple and have traveled the world, but rarely have we been so comprehensively fleeced. We expect to pay a little more in the old town but £11.00 for two wines and £8.00 for a Guinness. It’s not that expensive in a top notch Hotel in the UK.
