La Piazzetta Kotor — Restaurant in Kotor

Food was pretty average for both of us but it was the poor service that really made the experience so bad. Waiter spilt my drink across the table when pouring it just a bit careless and when paying for our meal, split 50/50 between two cards added his own tip without checking with us. When we got our seperate recipts and asked why we paid more than the original bill since it clearly stated tip was not included he was very rude and aggressive in his response about adding his own tip, more than 10% which he said is what he added. His rude behaviour leaves a bad taste in the mouth and makes me wonder how many other people he just adds his own inflated tip to their bill. For good food and good service I don't mind tipping at all but average food and poor service there are many other and better places to go...

Terrible place with terrible stuff. Waitress Ivana was the worst which I have met. Just forget about visiting this place.

P.S. I read their the answer and was surprised. No, I I didn’t ask the discount, and I even didn’t order something. I couldn’t. I just asked to go to the toilet with my 2 y o kid. Ivanna said, that it’s impossible without making order. I said , ok, I’ll order beer and snacks or salat, she said “nooo only main dishes”. there were a lot of empty tables in this ugly place, so I even can’t understand why she was so stupid and didn’t give us the place, salat and the ticket to the museum-toilet. So, please no need to lie, that I didn’t pay or something else. Just know that your stuff is not...

A place with so much potential, but unfortunately none of it is being used. I don’t remember exactly how much the burger was, maybe around €16–17, but honestly I could have made all of it for much cheaper, since everything seemed to be from the supermarket. Burger bun from the supermarket, meat not fresh, badly cooked, and the same goes for the fries. Maybe the fries were okay, but definitely not the rest. After eating, there was a strange taste from the meat left in my mouth, a clear sign of low-quality meat. The seating area was dirty, as were the tables and the bathroom… such a shame for the money and such a waste of potential…Definitely not...
