Primo Pizza Kotor — Restaurant in Kotor

I have never left anywhere a bad review before but I felt like they warranted one.

The people were rude. Refused to give us tap water because they had no glasses, despite the fact we could see glasses. After the refusal the staff spoke to themselves clearly mocking the ‘tourists’.

We had many of the different options of pizza and we all agreed they weren’t very nice. One of my friends spent a couple of minutes draining the grease from his pizza.

Personally I think due to its location, they are trying to capitalise on the fact they are near the best pizza place in town. Wouldn’t suggest going here, instead wait in the queue for the same price in the restaurant down the street (which is actually recognised as the best...

Pizza was nice, but on the greasy/oily side. We had fresh pepperoni slices, my partner even got a second slice. However, as we sat, the owner/managers sat counting wads of money & coins. Upon seeing our two bottles of water on the table, they asked where we bought it. We had bought one from the pizza shop & had brought one from our walk. They started talking loudly, grabbed our receipt & insisted that the other (empty) water bottle should be put into our bag. No consideration for the fact we had just bought water with our slices. I’ve never had an issue with their food, but the woman handling the service was absolutely awful. She had the audacity to try and charge me €0.50 for the takeaway box. The ridiculous part? They’ve already increased the price of the small pizza slices to €3.50, and yet they’re still greedy enough to try and squeeze more money out for a cardboard box?
