Food, they didn't have what we wanted, the alternative was ok, rest of the items not good. Chips was soaked in oil, its wasn't the chips we used to. 2 portion ordered, told then its too soggy, and too much oil, he said, its fried in oil, what do you expect? The charged 3dh each portion, all gone to waste. Setting was authentic looking, size of 2 shops fronts, they tried live music,it was extremely loud, people were eating as quickly as possible and walking out, I asked for the volume to be reduced, it didn't work, then got the waiter to turn the speaker away from us which helped abit. Tipped then 2dh for charging me for 2 portions of oil drenched chips 60dh!!! Musician was waiting by the door, didn't tip him either for loooooud noise he maid and did not adapt to environment. I've been in the catering trade for over 30 years so I say it as it comes. The pre appetiser was lovely, black olives, green olives and a lovely lemon and chilli 🌶 spread. We then ordered the platter of mixed salad wich was served with fresh soft bread. All the salads had lovely flavours and were cooked perfectly. Our main courses were very very poor, chicken and lemon tagine, I looked like it had been cooked and reheated a dozen times, nothing worse than dry hard chicken. The cats did well! Went in expecting delicious authentic Moroccan food and nice atmosphere but I was met with dirty, very nasty carpets and bathrooms that affect your whole eating experience, if you care about the details and cleanliness of the place. The service is super slow, and I actually waited for over 30 minutes to be handed the menu and another 30 to be served Seffa Medfouna that has two little shreds of some leftover chicken, definitely not what I expected nor paid for.
