Check the bill. Overpriced Adequate food at best. I rarely review places. However, this place was so disappointing. My fiancee and I went here for one of our last evenings on holiday. I asked for a glass of sangria instead of a jug as my fiancee didn't want to drink too much because we were up early the next morning. I was told they didn't have any following shortly after by a waiter putting a full 1ltr jug down at another table. When it came to the food, my fiancee had prawns to start, which she said were very nice the only good thing we could say about the place. For main, I had the lamb chops, and my fiancee had the sliced beef. Both were pretty bland, and the lamb chops were as rare as they could be. I thought I'd put this down to a miscommunication not to spoil our night by making complaints as I had asked for medium rare. Plus, i thought cooking it for a bit longer wouldn't improve the taste either. For dessert, we had a chocolate surprise, and we waited a good while for this, which ended up being a chocolate sponge filled with chocolate. It was pretty much a microwaved sponge cake burnt on the edges. This wasn't too bad once we peeled away the burnt bits. We asked for the bill and somehow came to 765. My fiancee had a cocktail and i a glass of rose. Bottle of water one starter a main each the sliced beef and the lamb chops which were the most costly at 190D and one dessert. they didn't give me a paper bill, which, in hindsight, I should have asked for to check. So if you go here, definitely check the bill and ask for a paper copy if they don't...
Read moreReally very nice surprise, we expected a catch tourists because of the location of the restaurant on the beach, it was nothing better still quality products, meats like fish, excellent service and excellent with that a very good value for money. I really recommend the place. Excellent, seaside, heated in the evening terrace, with musician, very good value for money. Tajine seafood with prawns, beef tenderloin! One thing i dont like about the menu is Paella meal , I'm very disappointed meal a paella with rice stuck to the plate and seafood vulgarly mixed in it looks like vomit on the plate..I do not understand why it is as well rated while there is a thousand times better a side.. But otherwise, the place is nice nice decoration by cons svplait revoyer your wine list catastophe the Spanish wines of absence quality service smiling but not to the height when explained to a server to give the cards before taking the order to propose the aperitif first and in addition to serving a sangria with a saucer a spoon and a straw the minimum one must not take you off and prove you the opposite now kitchen medium pepper sauce poorly cooked meat bag brief a short review is a shame because the place is nice and deserves better restoration is a job it is not enough to improvise cook this and a pity...
Read moreMy wife and I had the undoughted pleasure of enjoying a romantic dinner for two here the other night.
A beautifully appointed restaurant on Agadir seafront.
The menu is Steakhouse and Moroccan.
The house supplied breads & olives as we had our pre dinner drinks. I stayed with a large beer that was served in a cold glass and had no lack of gas. My wife ordered a strawberry moito. Looked very appealing and was a great recipe. e ordered a bottle of the house red which is understandably Moroccan. Grrat tasting Cab Sav nd good value to boot. We elected to share the Lamb Tagine with a double order of vegetables. This was served in traditional style and was very hot and fresh. Having worked our way through this we moved onto dessert. Creme brulee and a chocolate mousse. These were truly of fantastic quality and taste, the French influence on both food quality and service shine through.
We rounded off the meal with a couple of large espresso and congac. Both wonderful yet again.
The service was second to none. Quality was exceptional. Price was a very reasonable 80 GBP. From wife wife's opinion, the toilets were the best she hs ever experienced for cleanliness and functionality.
Fantastic all round. Hope to be back in the not too...
