I was staying at a nearby hotel and I would cross the street to have a cheese pizza at Laroma. I would sit on the outside balcony, drink my tea and sometimes coffee and enjoy my meal watching the traffic go by, and listening to the car horns ...which is not unpleasant as this is part of life in Casablanca and shows lots of life and activity in this beautiful city. À l’heure où je vous écris, j’ai très mal au ventre après avoir commandé un sandwich qui était tout simplement immangeable. La protéine à l’intérieur semblait avoir été cuisinée deux jours auparavant, puis réchauffée à plusieurs reprises à la poêle, comme si elle avait initialement été préparée pour un autre plat. Je me souviens très bien des sandwichs au poulet d’autrefois : ils étaient excellents. Aujourd’hui, c’est une véritable catastrophe.
